Classis is committed to integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in all its activities. Employees are encouraged to report potential violations, irregularities, or concerns regarding legislation, internal rules, or ethical standards through the internal whistleblowing procedure.

External parties, such as customers, suppliers, or other stakeholders, can also use this reporting platform to report potential violations, complaints, or social and ethical concerns.

Reports can be submitted anonymously, if desired. All reports are treated strictly confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the EU Whistleblowing Directive (EU Directive 2019/1937).

Classis guarantees that individuals who report in good faith are protected from retaliation. Each report is carefully assessed and followed up in accordance with applicable procedures.
